Cris,

After some research, what if the property is bank or reo owned. Do I skip this property and just look for people listed on the owners records?
Thank you

Chris – Been looking at you and some other RE guys for 2-3 months…
You described my situation in this audio. I am not proud to say I am 74.5 years old and broke.. Not to say “broken,” however.

When my “end” story is finally ready and gets told, it will be both interesting & inspiring. NOTHING can stop a man or woman who WILL NOT QUIT!

Cris,
I’ve been wholesaling since 2009 but I focused on REOs. I found it very tough to do, a lot of competition plus banks take forever to respond to offers. Will this fliptogetrich teach me step by step on finding buyers and sellers at the same time? I have some cash to invest into marketing, is this the best product for me? I am here in the Metro Detroit suburbs area. Should I focus on this market or not?
Thank you.
Maria

I’ve known that mailing to recent evictions has produced good leads…
BUT….it’s always been the issue of exactly HOW to go about getting these leads.
Thanks Cris for the great info!
Other so called Guru’s mention evictions, but none of them tell you HOW to go about getting them.

Thank you Chris for this information which is very helpful. I like the strategy about driving for dollars and I will implement that. I just one to start doing my first deal, I have studied a lot, going to different webinars, attended seminars but have not made one deal. We used to go the the courts to find Probates, send some letters but never responded. What is the average cost of basic marketing on a monthly basis, like the minimum amount to start until we do the first one? Thank you Chris for your response.

Hello, Cris!
What you are teaching at this time is what I have been doing on my own. OK, for all of us the next step, FINDING BUYERS, is the Target center.

And I would thank you to send us newbies information about the best way to find Buyers, which is really the heartbeat of this biz.

Once you explain how to combine Motivated Seller/Buyers in a neat package, that would leave me at the Doorway to Heaven…

You make me feel as if I am next door to that first deal.
