    Do you recommend forming an LLC or some sort of business for any tax or legal reasons?

      not if it’s going to prevent you from taking action

      in the beginning it’s not necessary

      focus on doing your first wholesale deal

      it’s ok if you do it under your own name

      (of course as always i have to say that you should consult your cpa or attorney as i cannot give you advice in that area :-)

    You mentioned realquest … did you mean realtyquest or realquest. I could not find that website on google. I could find references to realtyquest.

    Hey.

    I am new to the real estate business and find your teaching approach very straight forward and interesting

    Do I have to be a real estate agent or have any other licences to do wholesaling like you teach?
    I also read someone comment somewhere that California is very regulated in real estate..?

    I am a non-US citizen currently located in CA, but free to move where most fit.. (prefer southern states for climate though). Being on a B1/B2 visa I am not sure if I will be allowed to do this sort of deals at all though – sort of depends on if the transaction income is considered a commission/income or just investment profit i think..?
